Aromas of plum blossom and raspberry sorbet. The palate is soft and elegant with flavours of strawberry and cream hints of toffee apple finishing with a crisp acidity.

This Rose is a great summertime wine, succulent and refreshing drinking from late 2021. It is best as a young wine, lightly chilled, as aperitif or with seafood white meat and salad dishes.
